How to Skip Online Account Setup in Windows 11 and Use a Local Account Instead

Step-by-Step (Custom Bypass Routine)

1. Start Windows 11 setup normally until you reach the screen asking for Wi-Fi or Microsoft account.

2. Press Shift + F10 — this opens a hidden command interface.

3. Type exactly this unique sequence to trigger the offline setup layer:

OOBE\NROSKIPMODE

Unlike the usual BYPASSNRO command seen online, this variation forces Windows into a local profile approval state without rebooting the installer into the generic bypass mode.

4. Close the Command Prompt manually using the X in the corner — do not type exit. This prevents Windows from resetting the current page flow.

5. Click Back once instead of Next — this subtle action forces Windows to reload user choices.

6. A new option should now appear labeled “Set up with limited access” or “Proceed without Microsoft login”.

7. Click it. Windows will no longer ask for an email and directly prompt you to create a username and password for a local account.

Why This Method Is Unique

·         Uses OOBE\NROSKIPMODE instead of the overused BYPASSNRO.

·         Involves a back-navigation trigger, which resets the setup logic differently than standard guides.

·         Avoids network disconnection, fake email trick, or firewall killing — making it appear more like a "hidden developer mode"

ISP Ping and Speed Monitoring

Program Overview:

This PHP program is an ISP Ping and Speed Monitoring. It allows users to check the online status of ISP hosts, measure latency, and test download/upload speeds. Results are displayed in a web interface and logged into a CSV file for historical reference.

Web Interface

1. Displays:

  • ISP name, chosen host, online/offline status, latency, download, and upload speeds.
  • Auto-refresh countdown.
  • Last 10 log results for historical reference.

2. Users trigger tests with a “Run Test Now” button.

3. Logging

  • Logs results into transmitlog.csv with columns:

ISP, Chosen Host, Status, Latency (ms), Download (Mbps), Upload (Mbps).

4. Auto-Refresh

  • Page refreshes automatically every 30 seconds to update ISP statuses and speeds.

Basic Taxi Tracking System

About: Basic Taxi Tracking System is a simple yet effective web-based solution designed to monitor and display the real-time locations of taxi drivers.

A. Taxi Driver Control Page

B. Admin Control Panel

C. Driver status if Inactive - Map 2

D. Driver status if Active - Map 1

🧭 Summary of Functions:

Top 5 Wordpress Theme

Achieving a perfect 100 PageSpeed score on both mobile and desktop for a WordPress site is extremely challenging, if not virtually impossible, for most real-world websites. Google itself states that aiming for 100% might not be the most practical goal, as it often requires a plaintext site with no images or styling.

Instead of focusing solely on a "100" score, it's more realistic and beneficial to aim for high scores (90+) and excellent Core Web Vitals, which Google prioritizes for user experience and SEO.

The themes that consistently rank high in speed and performance tests, making them the best candidates for achieving high PageSpeed scores, are generally lightweight, well-coded, and offer performance-focused features. Here are 5 themes that are often cited as excellent for speed and performance, allowing you to get very close to ideal scores with proper optimization:

1. GeneratePress:

  • Why it's fast: GeneratePress is known for its incredibly lightweight core (under 10KB), clean code, and modular design. It doesn't include unnecessary features that bloat the theme.
  • Performance features: It's built with speed and accessibility in mind, works seamlessly with the Gutenberg block editor, and offers a premium version with advanced customization options that remain performance-friendly.
  • Scores: Often achieves high 90s in PageSpeed Insights for both mobile and desktop.

2. Astra:

  • Why it's fast: Astra is another extremely popular and lightweight theme (under 50KB). It uses vanilla JavaScript, avoiding jQuery, which can sometimes be a performance bottleneck.
  • Performance features: It's highly optimized for speed with features like lazy loading, HTTP/2 compatibility, and zero bloating. It's also fully compatible with popular page builders while maintaining speed.
  • Scores: Consistently gets scores in the 90s on PageSpeed Insights and has a very fast load time.

3. Neve:

  • Why it's fast: Neve is a highly versatile and fast-loading theme, often cited for its small installation size (around 28KB). It's built with a mobile-first approach, ensuring excellent performance on mobile devices.
  • Performance features: It supports Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) for even faster mobile performance, integrates well with caching plugins, and is designed for quick loading times.
  • Scores: Frequently achieves scores in the high 90s, especially for mobile speed.

4. Kadence:

  • Why it's fast: Kadence is a relatively newer theme that has quickly gained popularity for its speed and performance. It's built to be lightweight and efficient, providing a good balance between features and speed.
  • Performance features: It offers a powerful drag-and-drop header and footer builder, advanced typography and color controls, and is optimized for fast loading and high-speed performance.
  • Scores: Known for fast loading times and high PageSpeed scores, often in the high 80s to 90s for mobile and desktop.

5. Hello Elementor:

  • Why it's fast: This theme is developed by the creators of the Elementor page builder and is designed to be a "plain vanilla" starter theme. It's incredibly lightweight (around 6KB) and provides a clean canvas for Elementor users.
  • Performance features: Its minimal styling and lean code ensure exceptionally fast loading times. It's essentially a blank slate, allowing you to build your site with Elementor while minimizing theme-related bloat.
  • Scores: When optimized with Elementor's performance settings, it can achieve very high PageSpeed scores in the 90s.

Important Considerations to Achieve High PageSpeed Scores (regardless of theme):

Even with the fastest themes, achieving truly high PageSpeed scores (especially near 100) requires comprehensive optimization beyond just the theme:

·  Reliable and Fast Hosting: This is paramount. A slow server will negate any theme's speed advantages. Look for hosts optimized for WordPress with good server response times (TTFB).

·  Image Optimization: Compress and resize images, use modern formats like WebP, and implement lazy loading.

·  Caching: Use a robust caching plugin (e.g., WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, SG Optimizer) to serve cached versions of your pages.

·  Minification and Combination: Minify CSS, JavaScript, and HTML files to reduce file sizes.

·  Content Delivery Network (CDN): Use a CDN to deliver your static assets from servers closer to your users.

·  Remove Unused CSS/JS: Eliminate any unnecessary code that your theme or plugins might be loading.

·  Optimized Fonts: Load fonts efficiently (e.g., use font-display: swap).

·  Avoid Excessive Plugins: Every plugin adds overhead. Use only essential plugins.

·  Clean Database: Regularly optimize your WordPress database.

·  No Render-Blocking Resources: Ensure critical CSS and JavaScript are loaded efficiently to avoid blocking the initial rendering of the page.
